Pricing Models

Event Planning Pricing:

Our event planning services are customized based on the scope and scale of your event. We offer competitive rates and will work closely with you to develop a budget that meets your expectations.

Hourly Rate: $150
Onsite Rate: $1,000 per day
Per Diem: $75 per day
Expenses: All flights, housing, per diem and day rates are covered by the client. We review all expenses in advance to ensure transparency and cost control.

Note: The client is responsible for covering the costs of the event. ElleJay Event & Services will provide client with vendor invoices, which must be paid within 10 business days.

Travel Planning Pricing:

We understand that each client has unique needs, so we offer three flexible pricing models for our travel coordination services:

Consultation Private Zoom Call: $75 per call

Day-By-Day Itinerary Creation: $250 per day

All services from the Premium Package plus 24/7 concierge support, exclusive access to luxury experiences, and on-call assistance during your trip. This package is designed for those who want a truly bespoke travel experience.

Important Notes:

Our services do not include booking flights, hotels, or car rentals.
- For Day-By-Day Itinerary Creation, a pre-consultation questionnaire is required to tailor your experience.
Final itineraries are delivered 30 days prior to departure.
Will only accept bookings no later than two weeks to proposed departure date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

No refunds are available for services rendered. However, we strive to ensure your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.
- If you need to reschedule a Zoom call, you are entitled to one complimentary reschedule. Further changes may result in the cancellation of the call, but you can submit up to five questions for email consultation.
